What we collect

• The email address you order with, used for delivering credentials, renewal reminders, and support.
• Order records: which plan, when, and the payment reference from the payment processor. We never see or store full card numbers.
• Basic technical logs (connection counts, rough region) used to keep streams stable and detect credential abuse.

What we do not do

• No sale or rental of personal data to anyone, ever.
• No advertising trackers on this site.
• No logging of what you watch tied to your identity.

Retention

Order and account data is kept while your plan is active and for a reasonable period afterwards for support and legal purposes, then deleted.

Your rights

Ask us at any time what we hold about you, or ask for its deletion, via the support channels. Deleting your data ends any active subscription tied to it.
